By booking a service, you agree to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Deposits:

• -Faiza requires a 100€ deposit for event makeup in order to secure your booking.

• Deposits are non-refundable or transferable.

•  We work on a first in best dressed procedure. Bookings are not secure without the payment of your booking fee.

Cancellations

• If you do not show, or you cancel your appointment on the day, you will be charged the full service amount or you will not be booked in future.-

• If you choose to cancel your booking, the deposit is forfeited.-

• If the cancellation is by the Makeup Artist, the full deposit will be refunded and she may suggest a replacement of equal level, if possible.

Late Arrivals:

• If you arrive late to your appointment, your booking will be shortened.

• If the scheduled service start time begins later than that which was agreed upon and thereby runs over the scheduled end time, you may be charged an additional fee as this may compromise a later event on the same scheduled day. In this event, an additional €50 will be charged for every hour over the scheduled end time

• Arriving more than 30 minutes late will result in your booking being cancelled and your booking fee will not be able to be used at a later date.

Additional Time Fee:

• A fee of €50 will be charged for each additional hour spent with the bride beyond the agreed-upon schedule, including any waiting time on location. This fee applies per hour.

Safety & Health:

• Please inform in advance of any allergies or skin sensitivities.

• The artist is not responsible for any skin reactions if not disclosed beforehand.

Client Responsibility :

• Please arrive with clean skin and no makeup.

• Be on time for your appointment to ensure the best results.​

• The client is required to provide a clean, well-lit space with access to natural light if possible.

• A table or surface should be available for makeup products and tools.

• For bridal services, the area should be quiet and prepared to ensure the bride can be ready without distractions or interruptions.
